How to Order via BASE Global Cart

Our shop runs on the BASE platform. You don't need to worry about any complicated procedures! When you access the BASE site from outside Japan, the BASE official proxy shopping cart (such as Buyee or want.jp) will automatically appear at the bottom of your screen.

1. Add to Cart Add your favorite ToyField creations to the global cart displayed on the screen.

2. Payment Complete your payment securely using PayPal, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Alipay, or WeChat Pay.

3. Delivery Your item will first be shipped from ToyField to the official domestic warehouse in Japan. From there, the BASE partner service will safely deliver it to your country.

International Shipping Policy

1. Shipping & Proxy Fees All international shipping fees and proxy service fees will be calculated and charged automatically within the global cart.

2. Customs Duties and Taxes Any customs duties or import taxes incurred at the destination country must be paid entirely by the buyer.

3. Safe Support Since your order is processed through the official BASE overseas partner network, international shipping transit risks are secure and managed.

4. Returns and Exchanges We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations for international orders. All sales are final.
